Refund Policy

At Web Sharks, we take pride in providing high-quality web design services to our clients. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience with us.

Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel our services before the project begins, we will refund 100% of the initial deposit paid to us.

Refund Eligibility: If the project has already begun, we will evaluate the work completed up to that point and issue a refund based on the work done. Any work completed will be charged at our hourly rate and deducted from the initial deposit paid to us.

No Refund for Completed Work: Once the project is completed and delivered to you, we cannot offer any refunds for the work done. However, we will make every effort to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.

Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact us in writing via email or letter. We will evaluate your request and respond to you within 14 business days.

Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to make the initial payment.
